I have no idea what my token ID is. Help!
Please refer to the How do I obtain the token ID? page.
I got a 500 status code as a response. What should I do?
A 500 status code indicates that something unexpected occurred when calling the API. If the API continues to respond with this status code, please contact the engineering team on the #developers channel in our Discord server with the following information so we can swiftly triage your issue:
your communityId
which endpoint you're hitting
the body of your call if it's a POST or PUT call (if some of this information is sensitive, feel free to DM us)
the response body
I don't understand the difference between some of the API endpoints.
We understand that for first-time users of our API, you may not be sure which of the Tokens API endpoints you should use. We try our best to highlight different use cases in the Examples section of the document, but should you have any clarifying questions, please contact the engineering team on the #developers channel in our Discord server.
When asking questions in Discord, please be verbose and send us the question with your first message. During times of high volume, we're unlikely to respond to a "hi". Thanks for your thoughtfulness in advance 😄
